The commission&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supportthevoter.gov\/2014\/01\/22\/presidential-commission-on-election-administration-presents-recommendations-to-president-obama\/\">findings on &#8220;The American Voting Experience&#8221; were presented to President Obama<\/a> in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Part of a package presented to Congress on 14 December 2004 is the <a href=\"http:\/\/moritzlaw.osu.edu\/electionlaw\/docs\/Yost\/notice2.pdf\">sworn affidavit of Sherole Eaton, a Deputy Director of the Hocking County, Ohio, Board of Elections<\/a>. She describes the experience of voter machine tampering by Michael, a consulting company employee, who in 2004 entered the Board of Elections office claiming that the computers on which voting results had been stored, needed to be fixed \u2013 and proceeded to dismantle both primary and backup computers.
