Rabbi Dov helped found the UAlbany Jewish Experience in the Fall of 2006. Since his Yeshiva days in Jerusalem and New York, Rabbi Dov has dreamed of helping his fellow Jews reconnect to their heritage. After a life-changing experience with chiropractic at age 16, Rabbi Dov knew he wanted to work in this field. He earned the Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA.
After six years dedicated to building a successful chiropractic practice in Hackensack, NJ, Dov bas gradually built a name for himself as the ChiroRabbi. He now balances his time between his three passions: Jewish outreach, chiropractic, and family life. Rabbi Dov resides in Bergenfield, NJ (almost Teaneck) with his wife and four children.
Rabbi C and Rabbi Dov, as they are affectionately known on campus, bring their passion for Judaism to the students of UAlbany. Each wholeheartedly embraces the Jewish ideologies which recognize the importance of questions of all types and the value of establishing deep interpersonal relationships.
