In the words of Jersey City Mayor, Steve Fulop: \u201cWe need our governor and Legislature to clearly and unequivocally say that this is the people\u2019s park, to save us from the same fight every single year.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>TAKE ACTION TODAY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Call Assembly Speaker Coughlin: 732- 855-7441<\/strong><br \/>Ask Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin to post the Liberty State Park Protection Act (Assembly Bill A2189) to the Assembly Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee Agenda. Ask him to strongly support the Legislation without any exemption for the Caven Point Natural Area.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Call Senate President Sweeney: 856-251-9801<\/strong><br \/>We need to urge Senate Pres.
