The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.njeda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA)<\/a>&#8216;s <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.njeda.gov\/construction-inflation-fund\/\" target=\"_blank\">Construction Inflation Fund<\/a> can close that funding gap and help get your real estate project finished. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The $10 million Construction Inflation Fund is a competitive grant program created to address the impacts of COVID-19 by providing support to real estate development with funding for real estate substantial rehabilitation, new construction, and development costs associated with each project. The Fund was created through the federal American Rescue Plan\u2019s Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply for the Construction Inflation Fund <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.njeda.gov\/construction-inflation-fund\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.
